Norman Roth, CPA/CFF, CFE


Norman Roth has worked on major litigation involving entities from start-up proprietorships to Fortune 100 companies. He has significant experience in disputes involving accounting malpractice, internal controls, securities transactions, banking and entertainment. Mr. Roth assisted attorneys at depositions, in preparing damage models, submitting expert and rebuttal reports, and in document review and analysis.

Norman worked at Ernst & Young for 13 years. He then joined WWOR-TV, a major NYC television station, and later became their CFO. In addition to his consulting practice, Norman serves on the Accounting Advisory Committee of Bergen Community College. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner and has been awarded the Certified in Financial Forensics designation by the AICPA. Mr. Roth is also a Certified Financial Planner and has received the Personal Financial Specialist designation from the AICPA.  He also holds a Chartered Global Management Accountant designation.

Norman graduated summa cum laude from Rutgers College and has an MBA in taxation from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
